Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping time We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.”
Some shipping companies may take 5-7 business days to update the tracking information in their system. If more than 10 business days have passed since you placed your order and there is still no information available for your tracking number, please get in touch with us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may occasionally be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was specified.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipped internationally from the US are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). The recipient of the package is responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with it.
